when randomly asked, it seems more like 90% never got the email.

This happened to us last Thursday, January 8th.

A newsletter was send out to 101 people, including a few of our own editors.

NONE received the mail. We checked some other people on the list and they too never received anything.

I would have put this to you as a feedback question, but that feature never works.
