I would like to send out an email campaign to all the unopened contacts of my A/B test campaign. I have read that i'd have to export the contacts to a new mailing list. Could you give me some guidance on this please? I have exported the contacts and it auto-downloaded to an excel spreadsheet. What are the next steps? Do i have to recreate the email template again and then send it to the unopened?
