I would like to suggest a feature that would greatly improve the workflow for teams managing multiple Shared Mailboxes.
Currently, we often receive emails in the wrong shared mailbox. While we can forward them to the correct team, this isn't the ideal solution because it alters the original sender information and creates unnecessary threads.
The Problem:
• Forwarding is not desirable as it loses the original message context and metadata.
• Bulk Export/Import is impractical for daily, individual emails that need to be redirected on the fly.
The Solution:
It would be extremely helpful to have a "Move to Folder/Mailbox" option that allows us to transfer an email directly from "Shared Mailbox A" to "Shared Mailbox B" within the same organization.
Why this matters:
This would allow us to quickly route tickets or inquiries to the correct department (e.g., from Sales to Support) ensuring the email is handled in the right place by the right people, while keeping the shared environment clean and professional.
I believe many users who manage multiple departments would find this "Move" functionality a game-changer for their daily productivity.
