About Send Follow Up and Scheduling Email to Recipient
Hi Zoho Team,
I want to ask regarding how the follow up & scheduling system works in Zoho Campaign.
These days, I send emails through campaign in 2 wave. 1st wave is sent in Tuesday for all of my contacts and 2nd wave is sent in Thursday for those who not yet open my email.
Let's say that I send the 1st wave of email, can I set Send Follow-up to unopened immediately and schedule it for Thursday, OR I have to wait for Wednesday to ensure accurate unopened data?
What I have in mind is, IF I setup the "send follow-up to unopened" immediately after I send the email, then I will resend my email to all of my contacts. Because at the moment of setting up the "send follow-up to unopened", everyone is still unopened.
I hope you can clear it up for me.
