1. Login to mailadmin.zoho.com.
2. Go to the User Details section.
3. Select the user for whom you need to reset the password.
4. Select the Change Password option.
5. Enter the new password for the user.
6. You can select the Force user to change password during the next login option if you want the user to change their password after they login which the password that you have entered.
7. Provide the Administrator password and select Ok.
