Hi there. 

I have been trying to add some new lists to my account. It said that I was going over my contact limit for my subscription, so I deleted a few lists that I no longer needed. I have counted the total number of contacts I have in each list (which is around 2,400). But, when looking at my active contacts, it says there's a total of approx 4,000. Why are there more active contacts than in my actual lists? This means I am unable to add to a list as it claims it is going over my limit when really it isn't according to the total of contacts in my lists.
