Add a new user

Add a new user

Hi,

I just added a new person in Zoho Campaign. I went in Settings - Manage Users and add user.

He received the confirmation email with a link that brought him to a page where the company name and phone number was asked.

He is now on Zoho campaign but all the files are empty.... When a add a new user can he have access to my past campaigns ? If yes, how come it does not work ?

I also went in Manage users - privileges and checked all the privileges for all users and he still see nothing.
