I synced by Subscriber list with my CRM, so anyone added as a Lead will automatically be added as a Subscriber.  Until now, I have segmented that population into separate lists and only sent campaigns to those lists.

However, now I want to send a Campaign to All Subscribers, but I can't figure out how to add all Subscribers (8100) to a single List (without adding 200 at a time)

Ideas?
