Add contacts to an automated workflow that met the trigger *before* workflow was activated
I have an automated email workflow in Zoho Campaigns for new customers that triggers when their (custom field) "customer" status in Zoho CRM is updated to "true", and it is happily picking up all new customers.
What is the neatest way to manually push through in one batch any historic contact that already had "customer" IS "true" before the workflow was activated?
