Add to segmented autoresponder based on lead's info
So let's say my web form sync to Zoho CRM and it goes into my leads. What if i want to say send an autoresponder sequence to one segment to my lead whose user type is individual; and another sequence to another segment of my lead whose user type is business.
How do i go about doing this?
And what if there are other fields besides "user type: individual/business"? How does this work
