Adding a tag in Zoho CRM when a lead's email bounces in Campaigns

We sent out our first Zoho campaign last week. We had a few bounces, normally if this happened in Zoho CRM we would tag the lead as Junk (because the email bounced). If we send emails from Campaigns can we update tags in CRM, if so, could you explain how to do this.
