I am trying to add a contact to my campaigns list with no luck!

If I try Add a Contact (full version) I get a message telling me to complete the details below, but no details are highlighted!

If I try adding via 'Add Multiple Contacts' I get no joy either - clicking Submit does nothing.

What's going on?!

PS: I am a seasoned Campaigns user and can see no reason why this might be happening. We can sync screens and I can show you if you like.
