Adding/deleting sender address

Hi,

I am having trouble adding an email address that I sent a verification email for. The contact says they never received the email and I cannot resend the verification. The email is ted@cvreps.com

Also, I am trying to delete some sender addresses but I am having trouble because it says that I cannot delete emails that were added by another user. One address, bmartinez@cvreps.com, is not an active account anymore as the employee moved onto another job. The other, johnny@cvreps.com, was added by me. So I'm not sure why I can't delete it. 

One last thing, why is there only a maximum of 5 sender addresses allowed? I am trying to send out personalized campaigns for 8 different employees and have the replies go directly to them. Please help.
