Adding leads to an automated campaign
Hey everyone. Question I have about the automation feature in ZOHO campaigns.
So I want to begin an e-mail campaign for a sync list I'm pulling from my leads CRM. IF after I begin my campaign (which will have 6 e-mails sent over the course of six weeks) AND I add a leads to that sync list in the MIDDLE of the campaign, THEN will those added leads begin getting the campaign from the start and be on the normal track for the campaign?
In other words, if an e-mail is sent every Monday for 6 weeks and a lead is added in the third week of the campaign, will that lead then start receiving the e-mail from the FIRST Monday of the campaign, and then get the second e-mail on the fourth week, third e-mail on the fifth, etc?
Just want to know how automation handles this OR how to make a track like this happen. Thanks!
