Adding negative contact scoring for bounces and inactivity

Hi

As I would like to keep a clean database, I want to create negative contact scoring for bounces and inactive scoring for all our lists in Zoho Campaigns.

Is it possible to create a contact score to identify regular bouncebacks and inactive email addresses?

Am I going the wrong way about identifying and dealing  with these issues? The end goal is to remove the bouncebacks and send automated retention emails to retain or remove them.
