I have a business where we are UK agents for a number of foreign furniture companies. We sell to the trade here in the UK and I am looking to help with sales process and managing clients which zoho can do but i need to manage my customers on an ongoing basis. I want to register their orders on the same system (sometimes multiple ones a day) and also deal with complaints as well as the regular sales functions and running a sales team. I guess the question is can Zoho help me with the day to day customer service and record keeping of orders and customer complaints? any help would be appreciated. We currently use Act as a database and this does the job but only on a basic level.
