All of a sudden - can't create a synch

Help, please!

I have been successfully integrating campaigns with CRM for the past year.  Now - when I try to create a new sych, I get the following message:

"You can create sync only if you've chosen to show this module in the  Organize Modules  section or if you have the permission to access this module in Zoho CRM".

Nothing has changed in CRM - other than I did recently change my password.  I cannot find anywhere in campaigns that to re-enter my CRM password or reconnect to CRM if that is the issue.

Also - I cannot modify any existing sychs.  I get the following message:

" Selected module module does not have the "Email Opt-out" field. If you have removed this field, please re-add it in the respective module of your CRM account. To re-add the Email Opt-out field, go to Setup --> Customization --> Layouts Section --> Drag & Drop the "Email Opt-out" field from the Removed Fields section."

This field does exist in CRM.
