Please allow for buffers before appointment. For instance appointments taht require local travel might take 30 min, but if I was in the office working on something, but the appointment is set right at the mark my task fisnishes, I won'thave time for my travel. 

Also allow for buffer time after appointments to be any amount...As of now the software assumes buffer time is only 'break' or make-ready time.  But it can be anything, time to run personal errand, time to travel etc.
