I hope you're doing well.

We have noticed that currently, Zoho Mail does not allow creating filter criteria using only special characters, such as = or #. However, there are scenarios where such a filter is necessary.

For example:

• Filtering all emails where the To address contains =  or + (which is common in certain automated email systems).
• Identifying emails with specific symbols in the subject or body, such as # for tracking references or @ for mentions.
• Filtering emails based on encoded or structured addresses that include special characters.

We would like the ability to create filters that contain only special characters in the criteria field. This would help us automate email sorting more effectively.

Please consider adding this feature in a future update.
