Is it just me or does everyone experience very delayed and even inaccurate amounts in Amount in Zohobooks and Amount in the bank?

my amounts have not changed in 7 days, even refreshing feeds, and its difficult to run a business with stale financial information. I have made repeated attempts to balance the books and make the correct amounts displayed. This usually lasts about 2 weeks before it gets thrown off again. 

With the recent limitation on updating feeds once a day and pending transactions not being accounted for, I'm going crazy trying to figure out just what we have.

is the only solution to drop zoho and go to another solution?
