Another week another Horrible Service example of Zoho... this is going to be my blog now I guess
It's time to send out Thanks Giving notes using Campaign. To that, we only send out one email every couple of months to cour customers.
After waiting 24 hours, the campaign is still not reviewed. And all of a sudden we get an email from Zoho that our account is on hold. Claiming we have not responded int the past to their Abuse email.
That is an absolutely bogus claim. So a call was placed in their office. After the usual run-around, there is no-one to take a call, and we are waiting for a callback.
I plan to give a play by play so that Zoho management has some factual timeline of the pain and suffering of their clients.
Hope this will act as a warning to people who use Zoho Campaign portion of their CRM Plus subscriptions
