Any reason eu1-dms.zoho.eu would be flagged as Malware URL

Hi

Many of our systems with Endpoint Protection are classing https://eu1-dms.zoho.eu as a Malware URL, and I think stopping Zoho Assist from working. This even extends to computers not even on our network here and are offsite.

Is there a legitimate problem or is this a false-positive?

Googling didn't help me at all as one of the links talked about a ransomware gang and listed https://eu1-dms.zoho.eu in it's article?

Please help, I'm getting constant alerts of blocked Malware URL.
