Any way to add customers to a specific group that receives a pre-defined series of emails over a course of several months?

I am trying to create a flow or an "if, then..." email tree, so that when a customer buys a product from our site, they are put into a specific group that would automatically receive several updates/follow-ups from us over the next few months at specific intervals. 

I noticed that Zoho Flow doesn't integrate with Woo Commerce, our site's store. Is this something that can be done with Campaigns and Flow?
