App Shortcuts --- how to I permanently align Apps to the left hand column of ZOHO?

I want to create a permanently row of Apps in the left hand column of ZOHO.  This is so when the employees log-in they can see all the ZOHO apps that we use and have configured. 

I have tested the "Add an app" button but it does not seem to work for me. I am looking to put in the left hand column

CRM
WIKI
Meeting
Projects
Docs
Writer
Sheet
etc.  --- 

So basically what I am trying to do is make it super easy for employees to see a standard row of applications when they log-in every morning.
