We have linked a candidate assessment to our job posting. When someone applies, they are required to answer all the assessment questions. However, some candidates submit their applications without completing the questions. In such cases, we are unable to move forward until we receive their responses.

Currently, we manually send them a reminder email with the link to complete the assessment.

Is it possible to automate this process? Specifically, when someone applies for the job, the system should check after 30 minutes whether the assessment questions have been completed. If not, it should automatically send the candidate an email reminder with the link to complete the questions.
