Assist Freezes Samsung Phones
Hello,
Love your product. I have a Galaxy 7 and my 80-year-old mother a Samsung J5. After connecting to her phone, it freezes and I just get a an opaque rectangle. I can't control anything or see anything if she does something on the phone. I have tried it with another friend's Samsung and have no problem.
I have uninstalled and re-installed. Not sure what to do. I really need to be able to help her out.
