Hi there. I'm wondering if there is a way to associate a single sign-up form with multiple mailing lists. We have lists for our different stakeholder groups, but some people are a part of multiple groups. I would like them to be able to sign up for as many lists as are relevant with a single form, rather than having to complete a separate form for each list they'd like to be a part of.

Is there a way I can do this?

I found this article that mentions Multiple List Subscription, but the instructions provided do not match the options I have in my account.
