Auto add contacts from CRM to difference email camaigns in Zoho Campaigns

Hi am new to Zoho

If I have a contact list on Zoho CRM and three different email newsletters on Zoho Campaigns can  I automate a workflow to automatically add a contact to a newsletter once a custom field has been selected?

If others words I want to add to my contact which newsletter they are interested in and then have the system automatically add them to the appropriate email campaign.

Can this be done? If so, love some guidance.
