Auto-hyperlink for URLs in Zoho Forums

Zoho Team,

Whilst posting this message (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/zoho-office-suite-comparison-table) I just came across an issue. For the hyperlink it does not automatically activate it. I had to manually copy it, select it and press the hyperlink button in the toolbar, whereas in GoogleMail if the text is already an hyperlink it activates but provides a 'Change', 'Remove' option thereafter.

Sometime back I have done a little research into this and have also summarized my observations for the benefit of everyone as a Zoho Show document below.
