Automatically copying information from an Account to a linked Contact

Hi everyone,

I am currently automating a few quality-of-life things in our CRM. So far I've been having great success with workflows, but I've encountered an issue that, as far as I can tell, can only be resolved with a custom function and I'm admittedly completely out of my depth here.

The automation is the following:

If the "Sector" field (custom selection menu) of an Account gets updated, the "Sector" field in all Contacts linked to that Account should be updated to the same value. In other words, I want all Contacts who work for an Account to show the same sector as the account.

I've found a couple of similar posts also asking how to copy information with in-depth answers, but since I'm new to Deluge, I've not been able to translate the code to my needs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
