Automation Emails ( when fields are upodated, how does it work?)
Hello,
Lets say i am creating a Sign Up automation campaign.
And lets say the autoresponder has a rule that choose from a field called STATUS : WAITING. So all emails will be sent to those users who are on status pendings from a list.
Now, lets say i create a SignUp with 3 emails.
Mail day 1
Mail day 2
Mail day 3
Now, lets say the status of one user changes from WAITING to SOLVED after day 1.
Now, i dont want the system to keep sending those 2 last emails.
How does that work? Will the system send those last 2 emails or once ZOHO see that STATUS:WAITING changed to STATUS:SOLVED it will remove that user from the signup.
