Autoresponder and Leads/Contacts sync?

Hello there,

i have a fast and simple question..

what happen if a LEAD synced from CRM on campaigns and subscrived to an autorespoder campaign become a CONTACTS on CRM ?

The conversion unsuscribe them from autoresponder campaign ? if that happen how i can re-suscribe or continue the autoresponder?
