In Drip marketing, to focus a set of audience, it is important to target a segment of customers based on particular criteria.

Recently, one of our users wanted to reach out a particular segment of contact’s list using Autoresponders. But wait! Is it possible to send an Autoresponder to a segment in the mailing list? The answer is yes.

We at Zoho Campaigns do understand how crucial it can be for our CRM + Campaigns users especially in case of marketing automation. To keep up the customer demand, we've enhanced our Autoresponder feature with the option to create a Responder by selecting segment rather than the whole mailing list.

All you've to do is to sync all the contacts/leads in one mailing list from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns and then segment the mailing list using criteria/ custom fields.

Once done, you would be able to create an Autoresponder for segments. While creating an Autoresponder, select the segment option and choose the segment from the drop down menu and create Responder message.
