Autoresponder - date-based using account custom field with datetime
Hi,
We sync Zoho CRM contacts and include a product use completion date in the Account information, which is synced to contacts in Zoho Campaigns.
We would like to set up a date-based autoresponder that emails them reminding them to try out a follow-up product, say, 30 days after we know they used the first product.
When I try to create an autoresponder, though, it looks like only datetime fields from Contact Custom Fields can be used, not Account Custom Fields.
Is there any way to use Account Custom Fields with date based autoresponders?
