I can't get the autoresponder to work at all. The test contact comes in successfully and gets added to the right list, but the autoresponder is NOT sending emails.

When I check the report, under Denied Contacts, it lists all the new test contacts under "Missing Topics", but there's no explanation what this is and how to fix it.

I've contacted Zoho support twice but nobody's bothered to give me a reply. I'm hoping sombody here can at least point me in the direction of a solution.
