I'm interested in using autoresponders. Basically someone comes in and then are called to discuss their needs. If we get in touch, we wouldn't want the autoresponder to send anything.
If we don't get in touch, we would want the autoresponder to send emails on a frequent basis until we did reach them. Is this possible based upon 'views' in the CRM syncing to the Campaigns module? I've searched and can't find the answer, hence asking here. Apologies if it has already been answered somewhere & I couldn't find it.
