Awaiting session confirmation althou being deactivated in settings
Hi there,
sometimes (not always) using the zoho assist app we get to wait more than a minute until the connection gets established.
Following the message displayed it seems to await confirmation from the target PC.
Also visible in the sceenshot the user is referred as "Guest1" an not his real username?
Is there a way to mitigate this problem?
