Best Practices To Store International Phone Numbers In Data Bases

Hi Everyone, 

I´ve been dealing with some customers international phone numbers, but I don´t really know how to properly store them in Zoho Campaigns or CRM. What I want is to  import them for future use through a call plataform or just to let the salesperson the right and organized information. ¿Is there any Best Practice or Data Base standard to Format and Store International Phone Numbers, that can be applied before upload the contact list to Zoho and perform well on this platform?
