Best way to take existing email (w/ text and pictures) and use it for a campaign

I have an email that is forwarded to me in the body of the email with pictures and text. I want to take that and send it out as a campaign. What is the best way to do that? When I copy and paste into plain text it does not work and I do not have an HTML version of it. Help!
