Best way to Utilize Zia for Multiple Overlapping Roles

My company recruits for multiple positions that sometimes overlap in terms of skill, experience, and software requirements. Some positions are exactly the same just for different clients (since we are an agency). Sometimes, positions close or we reach the required limit and we close the job opening, but some candidates from this job opening may also be good candidates for our other openings.

We are aware that associating candidates to other openings is a feature and we utilize that frequently. But our applications are in the hundreds and manually parsing them is just not feasible for our current number of recruiters. How can we utilize Zia in this?
