brand new at databases need some help

I need some help I need to build a database to keep track of members of a non profit organization. I need to see users names emails cities and preferred user names can anyone help me I have signed up with ZOHO and look forward to buying an accounts so that all staff can have access to the database. Can anyone help me thanks. is there a script I can use?
