I am using Zoho Books and I only utilise Estimates, Invoices and at times, Projects feature when we receive big enough projects which require us need to record the expenses and the revenue.
I have been experiencing this issue or bug for longest time in the Projects feature but have not found an answer to it yet even after contacting the live help Pls see the screenshot of an example of this issue.
(Pls open the pictures I attached according to the numbers)
1. I create a project with budget
2. I created an estimate to quote to customer and linked it to the project.
3. Customer accepted quotation and work is done, I convert the quotation into invoice.
4. Invoice is created but the item header and the order of items are all messed up and I totally could not move the header back to its original position just like the Quotation.
5. Even when I create an invoice (without converting from estimate) directly from the projects, the items and item headers are also messed up. They will never be in the right order just like the Quotation.
When the live chat asked me if the item header is a task, I could not answer as I do not touch anything else except these few features. What is a task and what has it to do with the item header? Do they affect the invoice and mess up the order of the items and item headers?
