I have this problem with my devices in my Business View, when a device is down, I am suppose to get an error which is

" Device Went Down" from the Event summary and that the device icon (router) is supposed to be marked with a red X but the icon of that particular device who went offline/down is not changing its state which is always in online (with a green check).

What should I do? Please help. Thanks.
