Calculated date field

I am trying to add a calculated formula field to achieve the number of days between two dates. I can get the number of days but my answer has two decimal places and I dont want any. Can anyone help? I am finding the calculated formulas very difficult to understand and the "help" pages seem to require a certain amount of prior knowledge on the subject to begin with which i just don't have!
