Campaign are not getting logged under respective contact in Zoho CRM

Hi ,

Highly disappointed.
I m using Zoho campaigns from quite a long time, but never faced such problem.
From last one month whenever I send any campaigns It is not getting logged in Zoho crm under respective contacts, sometimes for few contacts it gets logged but not for all.

I have been complaining about this from last 20 days but its very disappointing that nobody from your side is taking it seriously.
Every time I talk to your reps, the only answer i get is they will contact me soon.
But still the problem persists and nobody is taking action against this.

Kindly take this issue as priority.

Awaiting for your reply and hopefully this time you guys do something.
