Campaign cancelled due to bonce rate
Dear support team,
We are about to import a lot of email addresses from our manually maintained mailing list (more than 100.000 email addresses). We have always removed all hard bounces, but not the soft bounces.
We allready got a smaller capaign cancelled due to a too high bounce rate.
What are exactly the conditions for a campaign to be cancelled? (in hard and soft bounces)
Do you have any tips how we can verify our email list when importing it for the first time to decrease bounces?
