This is a nuisance.  Someone answered it relates to GDPR.  But it is the only place in entire Zoho it does this.  And the solution for that would be stating we are under GEPR.  I end up having to resend so many exports (to my own computer for my own use) because I forget to turn this off every export.  Please UPVOTE and get this defaulted to NO password.
