I tested Campaign themes for non-english environment. I works nicely when for some fields: one can change the Tell-a-fried link text, etc. But when the receiver actually clicks on these links the forms are all in English: Tell-a-friend, Unsubscribe notification (only the Unsubscribe confirmation notification can actually be translated). Where can I translate the others?

In Sign up form section - all works perfect but the labels in the sign up form cannot be translated (First Name, Last name, Contact Email,*Required fields,..)
