How do we do ONLY Board Members in Alaska through Segments

What we mean is the intersection of those two lists rather than the campaign picking up both segments and adding them together. Can you pick a sub-segment within a segment?

Is there a way to move down a hierarchy where you start with Board Member and then choose only the sub segment of a State within that segment?
