Has there been a request that if you edit a campaign, that anyone that hasn't entered that step would then get the modification of the campaign?

Example: You kick off the workflow campaign by a tag or field update and find out you have the wrong time for the text message that will go out in 2 days.  If you go and modify that step, anyone that hasn't entered it yet will get the updated time.

I came from infusionsoft so they had this functionality that when you modified the flow, the new steps would happen for anyone that hadn't reached that step.
